FURSUIT COMMISSION TOS
PAYMENTS
Once a commission slot has been accepted, the commissioner is expected to be fully prepared to pay the material cost of the project. The material cost payment due dates will be discussed, and will be different for each commissioner depending on when their project will be started. A month will be provided for the material cost to be paid off. If the material cost is not paid off by the end of the month, the commissioner will be refunded what they have paid already and the commission will be canceled.After the material cost has been paid, a payment plan may be worked out or the project may be paid for in full. Once the project is completed, the commissioner will have a month to send in the rest of the payments. Some extensions may be granted if an excuse is given, (with proper proof and within reason), but they are not guaranteed. If payments are not made by the given due date, the commissioner will be refunded all but the material cost, and blacklisted. The fursuit will then be modified into a different character so that it may be sold to another buyer, and after that the material cost money will then be refunded to the commissioner. The commissioner is expected to pay any shipping costs over $50, everything below that will be covered by me.CONDUCT
Those interested in a commission slot may fill out the commission forum linked on the previous page. Please only fill out this forum if you have received a quote from me, which you may request free of charge through email or Instagram direct messages. Once you have been accepted for a commission slot, you will be sent either an email or Instagram direct message asking if you are still interested in the commission.Depending on what slot you have received, there may be a waiting period of up to 10 months for your project to be started on, this will be discussed individually and you may cancel your commission slot if you are not comfortable with your waiting period. No payments will be necessary until a month before work starts on your project. Once work has started, work in progress photos and other updates will be sent to you frequently. When asked if any changes are needed, please answer honestly and as soon as possible. Any large changes to previous steps will be charged a fee of $50, since after certain steps in the process have been undergone, changes in previous steps of the project may reverse hours of work.After the project is completed, I will take portfolio photos of the project, then package and ship it to you. If for any reason you wish to cancel the commission during the process, a refund of all but the material cost will be given. As mentioned previously under the “PAYMENTS” section, the project will be partially refurbished and changed into a new character so that it can be sold to a different buyer. After the project has been bought, the material cost will be refunded. Depending on the amount of progress that has been made on the project at the time of the cancellation, you may be blacklisted. I reserve the right to cancel any commission at any time, in which a full refund will be provided to you.SHIPPING
As previously mentioned, any cost over $50 must be paid by the commissioner. Any cost of $50 or less will be covered by me. I ship my projects through USPS, and each shipment will include a tracking number. As of this year (2024), I’m not fully comfortable shipping internationally yet, so I will only ship within the United States.REFUNDS AND REPAIRS
As previously mentioned, if a commission is canceled for any reason, the commissioner will be given a full refund. If there are any issues with the project, (popped seams, unglued parts, chipped paint, etc), the suit may be shipped back free of charge to be fixed, or a small refund relative to the amount of damage may be given.MISCELLANEOUS
All commissioners must be over 18, or have permission from a parent or guardian. I take commission slots that span over the course of a year, so it may take up to a year after getting a commission slot to receive your project. As stated previously, I am currently only shipping in the United States, so please keep this in mind before asking for a commission slot. By commissioning me, you are agreeing to all of these terms. My fursuit heads are built on foam "bucket head" style bases, and are lined with lycra/spandex fabric. They have a "toony" style with clear coated 2D/flat styled eyes, felt eye lining, thread-sculpted teeth, pickable noses, a pair of velcro eyelids, and sewn in whisker dots.BASE PRICE

My tails are stuffed with poly-fill or built on a foam base, and made of faux fur, fleece, and minky. Instead of belt-loops, my tails have sections that go through the foam for the belt to go into, (this makes gore-cutaways on the bases of tails less obscured). They start at $40, but are $45 if you want a side view to be included.Youtube Thumbnails: These are fairly simply drawn usually, but if you want more detail the price may increase. The price ranges from $10 - $30.Custom Character Designs: These include one flat colored full-body, and do not include reference sheets unless they are commissioned separately; they cost $30, and are entirely made from scratch, (no bases/original line art). Reference sheets for characters I've made the designs for are 50% off.

Howdy! I'm Wren, a 16 year old queer fursuit maker, artist, and beginner content creator from Myrtle Beach, SC! I mainly draw furry art, (especially fluffy dragons), but enjoy drawing outdoorsy sort of things as well.
